Course Content & Size

Students receive courses outline through their emails, and they can check the courses outlined on the website. This is to ensure the recency of courses contents up to the latest international standards.

Booking & Fees

Applying students have to pay 50% of course fees to save their place, as well as submit their course booking form.

  • 10% Early bird discount*:
    If you register and pay fees before the course starting date by at least 4 weeks, you will enjoy a 10% discount.
  • 10% Group discount*:
    If you are a group of students applying together for the same public course, you will all enjoy a 10% discount.

Attendance & Classroom Regulations

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the course you applied for is suitable for you, and you are aware of and meet the prerequisite and recommendations.
  • You are responsible for your attendance to all classes, completing your assignments, and obtaining a copy of all course handouts.
  • You are expected to turn your phone and any electronic devices off and/or set them on vibrate and/or silent mode(s).
  • You are responsible for attending to your own stuff. We don’t hold any responsibility for lost items.

Course Copyrights & Intellectual Property

  • Recording in any form (audio, video, …etc.) is not permitted in the classroom. And recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the classroom.
  • You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or license any of the content of the courses provided to you. CLS Learning Solutions (Computek) and its partners only are hold the intellectual property and copyrights of courses materials.

Expectations

  • Course materials and handouts are either soft or hard copy, according to course vendor and/or specialization.
  • Certifications: In order to earn CLS courses Attendance certificate, you must complete more than 75% of classes. CLS certificate of attendance is accredited from technology vendors like Microsoft, EC-council, Adobe, Autodesk, ….etc.

Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds

  • You are eligible for FULL REFUND, if you request to cancel your registration within 3 calendar days after the registration date, regardless how many days remaining till the course announced start date.
  • You are eligible for FULL REFUND, if you cancel your registration through email or phone call at least 28 calendar days before the course announced start date. After 28 calendar days, you have to pay the full course fees, even if you decided not to attend.
  • You can transfer from one course to another, or from one schedule to another, ONLY if you request transfer before the course announced start date by at least one week. You are only allowed for ONE transfer per course registration within 6 months.
  • Your absence doesn’t make you eligible for refunds, as long as you didn’t cancel according to the terms and conditions above. You will be charged the full course fees without the option to cancel or transfer to other classes.
